Past results — including revenue figures and channel growth statistics mentioned in our marketing — are not a guarantee of future results. Individual results will vary based on niche, effort, consistency, and market conditions.

2. AI Avatar Disclosure

Videos produced by Tim Talks Finance may be created using AI avatar technology including HeyGen. The knowledge, research, and opinions expressed in these videos are those of Tim George. The visual presentation may be delivered by an AI-generated avatar based on Tim's likeness and voice.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Tim Talks Finance participates in affiliate marketing programs. We earn commissions when you click links in our video descriptions, website pages, or course materials and make a purchase or sign up for a service.

4. Course Purchases

What you receive — Self-Paced Course ($197):

Lifetime access to all AI Channel Blueprint course modules as delivered through our course platform.

What you receive — Coached Tier ($997):

• Lifetime access to all course modules
• Three private Zoom sessions with Tim George
• Tim's personal review of your first three videos before publishing
• Direct WhatsApp access to Tim for 60 days
• Access to the Blueprint community WhatsApp group
• Tim walks you through every affiliate account setup personally

Refund Policy — The 14-Day Action Guarantee:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through PayPal.

Coached tier sessions:

Zoom sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. Sessions not scheduled within 90 days are forfeited. Tim will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests.

5. Advisory Sessions

The $250 advisory session is a 60-minute educational conversation with Tim George. It is not financial advice as defined by regulatory bodies. Tim is not a licensed financial advisor and the session does not constitute a fiduciary relationship.

Advisory sessions are non-refundable once completed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through Calendly. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee.

All content on timtalksfinance.com — including course materials, videos, scripts, frameworks, written content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Tim Talks Finance and Tim George.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any course content without express written permission. Course content is licensed for your personal use only. The Truthgate framework and associated terminology are proprietary methods of Tim Talks Finance.
